We are pleased to announce that we have a new exhibit at Mad. This was a commissioned exhibit by Mad and is a rolling ball exhibit called the RBS 5 by Ian Paradine.
RBS 5 by Copper-Gravity.
This Rolling Ball Sculpture is made by UK artist Ian Paradine. Ian creates these amazing kinetic machines from copper wire and stainless steel balls. This sculpture took six months to build and is fully documented on a series of YouTube videos.
Ian is one of the only rolling ball sculpture makers that fully documents each build. He regularly posts his build videos to his YouTube channel Copper-Gravity.
Each sculpture Ian makes is designed to be different from the last and he’s developing my his own skills and design style. The RBS 5 is now on display at Mad.
