The long awaited opening of The MAD Museum (Mechanical Art and Design) has now arrived and with an enthusiastic attendance to the launch party of over 200 people, it was a great success!
In attendance on the evening were the Mayor of Stratford upon Avon, the Sherriff of Warwickshire, the Deputy Mayor of Leamington Spa and the Chairman of Warwick District council. Despite having exhibits donated by artists all over the world, many of those from Europe and the UK were also present at the launch to talk about their work and celebrate the museum’s grand opening!
Guests present at the opening were delighted and surprised by the wonderful and interesting exhibits; “Terrific- absolutely fascinating and unique! It is great to see this type of creativity flourishing and showcased.”
The MAD Museum is now open to the public from 10.30 – 6.30pm every day, come and visit The MAD Museum- you’d be MAD not to!
